Package Your Case
Securely place the item in its original NANUK box, ensuring all tags and protective foam inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
